What do we eat?
Our emphasis is on fresh food wherever possible and all meals are nutritious and varied. If you are vegetarian or gluten intolerant you can be catered for, but if you have very specific dietary needs you may need to provide your own food, so please discuss this at time of booking.
For breakfast we supply cereals, toast, tea and coffee. Lunch is usually a self-serve sandwich and salads; in the evening we have a cooked dinner. Water is always available in the vehicle and you will often have the chance to buy your own drinks, ice-creams etc at stops.
What's provided?
Tour guide, park entry fees, transportation, camping equipment ( if applicable ) and in most instances, all meals are provided as well. This can vary from tour to tour so please check by contacting us directly.
Personal travel insurance is not included but visitors are advised to have it. This can be organised through your travel agent.
What do I need to bring?
Luggage is restricted to a 25kg. Travellers are advised to bring a small backpack with all the essentials. If you need to exceed this weight limit, please advise when booking your tour and accommodations can be made. In most cases travellers should bring with them a hat, towel, bathers, sun screen, insect repellent, comfortable shoes and water bottle. For over night tours please bring toiletries, clothing and sleeping bag.
What type of accommodation will I get?
Depending on the tour/s you’ve booked, there is a range of accommodation styles from basic bush camping, dorm, hostel and shared backpacker facilities to farmstays, hotels, b&bs and even boats. For specific information relating to your tour please contact us directly.
Where do I meet the tour?
This varies from tour to tour. However we generally pick passengers up from their accommodation. Please contact us directly for more information regarding a specific tour.
Do I need to bring money?
Visitors are advised to bring some cash as ATMs and banks can be few and far between depending on where we are during the trip.
What about travel insurance?
Insurance is important in protecting visitors from loss or damange of goods, medical problems or other casualties. Its highly recommended and can be organized through your travel agent.
How old are the passengers onboard these trips?
We get a large range of travellers from all over the world and from a very large age range. Generally our travellers vary between 21 - 45. However, no matter what your age, as long as you know how to have a good time and do mind do a bit of hiking, you'll fit right in. We encourage everyone with a sense of adventure to join in on the fun.
What about my fitness?
Most tours listed on this website require a general amount of health. If you enjoy hiking through gorges, swimming in waterfalls and directly experiencing the environment, then our tours are perfect for you. If you have any doubts about your suitability for our tours, please contact us before making a booking.
Do I need to participate in all the activities?
A tour is only as fun as you make it! By participating in all activities you will reap all the rewards that can be achieved. You will also go home with the satisfaction that you gave 100%. Knowing that you were involed in its success is something you will treasure for a life time!

Do I need to reconfirm my tour booking?
Yes! Not calling your tour operator and confirming your tour may result in the cancellation of your booking! Call your tour operator at least 24 hours prior to travel with the name of your accommodation and room number.
